A part concerning security is also applied. 2 documents are handed over to you: - The technical documentation of your IT environment. - Documentation with the good practices for the use of the system.
Can my environment be managed even if I don’t use Microsoft 365?
Yes!
An environment that is not hosted on Microsoft Office 365 can also be managed by Cactus Info at the same conditions.
How is the support credit calculated?
The credit is calculated in segments of 10 minutes for remote or on-site interventions. The minimum duration for an on-site intervention is 1 hour. A monthly reporting is sent by e-mail and contains the final count with a description of the interventions. Some tasks are included in the service and not deducted from the credit: - Modifications on the accounts (Creations and removals) - Blockage on the accounts The credit can be used for all types of interventions related to your IT-environment. (Configuration of workstations, help with desktop usage, resolution of problems, advice and projects)
What happens if my support credit has been used?
That is a good question! There are 2 solutions: - You would like to dispose of more hours and you subscribe for another package. - You are billed on a monthly basis for the interventions until the renewal of your service.
What is the duration of the engagement?
The duration of the engagement is one year. The management IT service does not include licences rental and servers hosting. All prices exclude VAT.
