IT Consulting for small businesses

The interventions are differentiated in 2 types:
- Remote: The minimum duration is 30 minutes. (With remote control software)
- On site: The minimum duration is 1 hour.

For any interventions without management contract, the intervention is defrayed in 30-minutes segments.
All prices exclude VAT.

There are no travel expenses charged for interventions in Nyon and the adjacent municipalities (Duillier, Prangins,Crans-près-Céligny, Eysins, Signy-Avenex, Grens, Trélex)

A charge of CHF 1.- per kilometer applies for interventions in any other zone.
The travel includes return journey from Nyon to the site of the client.

Any IT change must be planned ahead!

During the realization of your IT project we are at your side to help you identify your needs and reasons for future changes.
Most of the time an inventory of your existing infrastructure is necessary, in order to get to know the environment and to be able to plan the different operations.

Once the solutions has been chosen, the next step will be the validation phase.
This phase assures that green light is given bevor setting up the production phase.

And let’s not forget the users! They are the ones using the IT tool.
Depending on the project their implication during the process is crucial. (Communication, documentation, training…)
