Those fees cover the work for the standardization of your IT environment. During this step all configurations are documented.
A part concerning security is also applied.

- The technical documentation of your IT environment.
- Documentation with the good practices for the use of the system.

The goal is to have a standardized and stable IT environment.  
The cost of this implementation depends on the actual environment and its size.

The credit is calculated in segments of 10 minutes.
The minimum duration for an on-site intervention is 1 hour.

A monthly reporting is sent by e-mail and contains the final count with a description of the interventions.

The credit can be used for all types of interventions related to your IT-environment. (Configuration of workstations, help with desktop usage, resolution of problems, advice and projects)

You are billed on a monthly basis for the interventions until the renewal of your service.

The duration of the engagement is one year.
The management IT service does not include licences rental and servers hosting.
All prices exclude VAT.
